Hiring Rules

  • Pets not allowed
  • No Off Road
  • No Smoking inside the Van
  • Hirer must be 25 and over
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • Van must be cleaned or risk a fee if not opted for Cleaning fee
  • No Cooking of Exotic Foods inside the van that would leave a lingering smell or a Cleaning Fee will be charged
  • The toilet must be emptied and clean upon return if you have not opted for Cleaning of Toilet (chemicals will be provided for this)
  • Caravan must be returned clean and tidy (if you have not opted for the additional cleaning fee)
  • EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call NRMA.
  • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
  • OFF-ROAD & UNSEALED ROADS - must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance .

Pricing

  • Hire Fee: From $149.00 per day
  • Service fee: $110.00
  • Delivery: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
