Hiring Rules

  • Pets allowed - upon approval - pet fee will be charged
  • No Off Road
  • Min Driver age 25
  • No Smoking inside the van
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • Van must be cleaned or risk a fee if not opted for cleaning fee
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • No Cooking of exotic foods inside the van that would leave a lingering smell or a cleaning fee will be charged.

Available for Pick up/Drop off at a time that suits everyone 

Covid 19 – The van is disinfected thoroughly after each use. Cleaning Supplies and Hand Wash/Sanitiser is provided.

SERVICE FEE: Covers the amenties, Full Disinfect, Cleaning and restocking.

  • Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
  • Service fee: $110.00
  • Delivery: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
