Hiring Rules

  • The toilet must be emptied and clean upon return if you have not opted for cleaning of toilet (chemicals will be provided for this)
  • Smoking it not permitted inside the van
  • Caravan must be returned clean and tidy (if you have not opted for the additional cleaning fee)
  • The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent any damages
  • EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call NRMA.
  • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
  • OFFROAD & UNSEALED ROADS - must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance .
  • Pets allowed upon approval and a Pet fee of $50.00 per hire. We kindly ask that any fur be cleaned up otherwise a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.

Available for Pick up/Drop off at a time that suits everyone 

Covid 19 – The van is disinfected thoroughly after each use. Cleaning Supplies and Hand Wash/Sanitiser is provided.

SERVICE FEE: Covers the amenties, Full Disinfect, Cleaning and restocking.

Pricing

  • Hire Fee: From $130.00 per day
  • Service fee: $110.00
  • Delivery: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
